Kiara Sanctuary B&B is situated in the Southern Beaches area and is a stand alone bedsit with a QS bed, a mini kitchen, and a shower with high quality composting toilet just outside but accessible from within the bedsit.

A peaceful place surrounded by trees and birds. Healing therapies offered if desired.

There is a small shopping centre within a few minutes (includes a Dr and Pharmacy), ten minutes to Sorell with major supermarkets, banks, services etc, within half an hour you have Hobart airport, Eastlands Shopping Complex

and Hobart with all that it has to offer. The property is on a main bus route with a few buses a day.

If you are in party mood there is a night rider bus service which offers a return trip for a very good price

to the Hobart City centre on Friday nights and the weekend. Uber is also available in the area.

A great area to go fishing (two boat ramps nearby and plenty of room on the property to park a boat), surfing and swimming. There are two hotels also nearby if you fancy a meal out and a bottleshop just around the corner.

Airport pick up can be arranged and meals during your stay if required although the bedsit is equipped for self catering

Property can be pet friendly, with discussion 

Simple pencil and paint sets available to use along with sketch pad and colouring in books for meditative therapy

A painting easel is also available for artists to get creative during their stay
